THE GREAT LAKE

Situated on the shores of the eternally calm and world-renowned Lake Victoria (Africa’s largest lake), within the Kigo, Wakiso District of the southern region of Uganda. The Lake Victoria Serena Golf Resort is a short 40 minute (30km) drive from Entebbe International Airport and a half hour drive from downtown Kampala. The resort is strategically located off the Munyonyo spur on the proposed new four lane Kampala Entebbe super highway. The project is already under way and will be complete within the next two years.

APARTMENTS & PENTHOUSES

There will be a total of 11 apartment blocks each comprising of 8 units and 1 penthouse, spread over five floors.

Each apartment is 163m² in size and has top-of-the-range Siemens appliances installed, with piped music and state-of-the-art security/intercom system – including a key coded access system. VILLAS

Available in four sizes: 450m²460m²560m² and 640.

The Villas will be constructed on 58 individual plots of approximately a quarter acre. The smallest Villa has 3 en-suite bedrooms and a study, while the 4 bedroom Villas are all en-suite. Each villa features a generous size terrace leading out from the master bedroom or from both bedrooms. Guests are also accommodated for with guest bathrooms that contain an additional shower.

All Villas feature top-quality imported appliances and finishes, with piped music throughout and staff quarters for extra convenience. DEVELOPMENT PLANS

In total, there are 58 villas for sale, with 4 types to choose from. The Villas all consist of 4 en-suite bedrooms except for Villa I which comprises of 3 en-suite bedrooms plus a study. The sizes of the Villas are 450m², 460m², 560m² and 640m², respectively and all the plot sizes are on average 1,100m². Properties will be sold on a 85 and 90 year leasehold basis and will be automatically renewable on expiry date.
